We were so fortunate for the last 10 days to have my mom in Ohio! We started off her trip with a visit to Fifth Third Field to watch the “World Famous” Toledo Mudhens, even though we lost in extra innings, we sure had a good time with some friends, draft beer and fireworks.
Over the week we made it to $1 margarita Monday’s at Herbies, the local restaurant in Haskins, the Wood County Fair, the Woodland mall movie theater to see Dinner for Schmucks, and we stopped by a few yard sales just for the fun of it. As you can see in the picture above, it was a success! I found my very own Rummikub Game for $2, brand new, still in the plastic!!!
Mom, it was so nice to have you at our home! It seems that no matter how hard Cameron and I try to “live” out our latest adventure, we couldn’t do it without the support from home.
Mom, thank you for visiting, thank you for the home cooked meals and thank you for the memories in Ohio! Maggie, Cameron and I are anxiously awaiting your next visit …
